As a result of the Supervisory Board meeting on April 22, 2021, there are changes in the Supervisory Board of CAP PARTS AG.
The longterm members of the Supervisory Board Prof. Dr. Karl-Friedrich Fischer and the former Chairwoman Annemarie Meixner are taking leave
from their activities on the Supervisory Board. We would like to express our sincere thanks for the many years of wonderful and trusting cooperation.
Ms. Heike Smolinski will take over as Chairwoman with immediate effect.
In addition, with Ms. Manuela Meixner and Ms. Victoria Meixner, two new members were appointed to the Supervisory Board.
